Installation
Please read before you start installing the LED lights
DO NOT CONNECT 24V DC LIGHTS DIRECTLY TO 120V AC POWER.
- Lights should ONLY be powered by a UL Listed Class 2 DC 24V power supply.
- ALWAYS install in accordance with local and na+onal electrical codes
- This product should be installed and serviced by a qualified, licensed electrician
- Do not install the product in a loca+on where the ambient temperature is outside the listed ambient temperature range of the product (-13° F to 158° F). Failure to do so could result in damage to the light and may alter the light’s opera+onal characteris+cs.
- Do not overload the 24V DC power supply. Overloading the power supply may cause shor+ng, overhea+ng, and possibly fire.
- Do not stare directly into LED lights when illuminated
- Always disconnect the power supply before cu;ng or connec+ng lights
- Apply power to test the lights and connec+ons before moun+ng
- Cut the sheets ONLY at the designated cu;ng lines, indicated by a black mark
- To ensure the safe and effective operation of your LED lights, use an isolated 24V DC constant voltage power supply with less than 5% ripple wave.
- Before permanently connecting light sections in series, test the polarity to ensure correct wiring.
- Be sure to connect the posi+ve and nega+ve wires from the power supply to the matching poles on the light to avoid damage.
- Only 80% of the power supply’s rated power should be used, in order to guarantee that sufficient voltage is available to drive the sheets.

Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We normally ship our products within 10 days. However, it may take longer for products like the posters for the LED Snap Frames. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across Canada and the mainland USA. We take care of all the Customs and duties, and you won’t pay anything, other than for the products.</p>
Shipping is FREE for Standard sizes of LED Snap Frames.

We package the products perfectly, and rarely have any issue. However, once you receive your order, please examine it, and call or email us immediately, if you see any damage on the package, with pictures. We will gladly send you replacement if any part of your order is damaged.
RETURNS
Returning your Item
We make sure that you receive the products as you expected. We only accept returns of the products in original packaging, in the same condition that you received. Once we receive them, if the products are resalable, we will refund the amount you paid, minus %25 restocking fee. Do not ship items back without pre-approval.
Shipping and custom costs to send the item back to our store warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer. Products are to be unused.
CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request after 24 – 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee to the client. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.
Items eligible for return or exchange: Items that arrive damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.
