Common questions about LED Acrylic Light Panels.
Do I need a gap between the panel and the stone?+
No gap is strictly required — you can place stone directly on the panel. However, a ½" gap provides more even light distribution, especially for denser stone.
Can I get cutouts for my sink or faucet?+
Yes. Cutouts for sinks, faucets, outlets, or any other fixture are available. Send us a sketch or drawing with the dimensions and locations of the cutouts.
What is the maximum size?+
Each panel section can be up to 48" × 96". For larger areas, multiple sections are placed side by side and connected to individual power supplies.
Can I get RGB color-changing LEDs?+
Yes. RGB panels are available and controllable via smartphone. Note that RGB panels require a slightly larger gap from the stone (about ½") for proper color mixing.
How are the panels installed?+
For countertops, place the panel on the surface with adhesive on the back and connect to the power supply. For walls, attach with adhesive and connect. Detailed installation guides are included.
Do US customers pay duties?+
No. Our panels are manufactured in Canada and qualify under CUSMA. US customers pay no duties, tariffs, or import fees.
