How do I change the graphic inside a snap frame?+
Simply flip the snap covers on all four sides outward to access the clear cover and poster. Peel the protective film, place your new poster and cover, then snap the four sides closed. The whole process takes under a minute with no tools required.
Can I order a custom size?+
Yes. We manufacture snap frames in any custom size up to 48" × 96". Use our product configurator to enter your exact dimensions, or contact us for sizes beyond that range.
Does a poster come with the frame?+
Yes — you can upload your own graphic or choose from our poster gallery during the ordering process. We print on high-quality backlit material. You can also order the frame only if you have your own graphics.
What are my power supply options?+
You can choose a standard plug-in cord (connects to any 110V wall outlet), a hardwire connection (requires a licensed electrician, for a clean permanent install), or a dimmable hardwire connection (works with a standard wall dimmer switch).
Can the brightness be controlled?+
Yes. Add our optional WiFi remote dimmer to control brightness from your phone via the free Tuya Smart app. You can also set schedules to turn the frame on and off automatically throughout the day.
Can snap frames be used outdoors or in windows?+
We recommend against placing snap frames in direct sunlight, as prolonged UV exposure can damage and deform the aluminum frame and graphic over time. They are designed for indoor use only.
How long does production and shipping take?+
Most snap frame orders ship within 5 business days to 2 weeks. Shipping across Canada and the US is free. US customers pay no duties or import fees — our frames are manufactured in Canada and qualify under CUSMA.
