Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We normally ship our products within 10 days. However, it may take longer for products like the posters for the Faux Windows. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across Canada and the mainland USA. We take care of all the Customs and duties, and you won’t pay anything, other than for the products.
Faux Windows are shipped FREE!
DAMAGES
We package the products perfectly, and rarely have any issue. But once you receive your order, please examine it, and call or email us immediately, if you see any damage on the package, with pictures. We will gladly send you replacement if any part of your order is damaged.
RETURNS
Returning your Item
We make sure that you receive the products as you expected. We only accept returns of the products in original packaging, in the same condition that you received. Once we receive them, if the products are resalable, we will refund the amount you paid, minus %25 restocking fee. Do not ship items back without pre-approval.
Shipping costs to send the item back to our store warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer. Products are to be unused.
CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request after 24 – 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee to the client. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.
Items eligible for return or exchange: Items that arrive damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.

Our faux windows or fake windows using LED Snap Frame Lightboxes are available in two frame color options, Black and White, and look similar to the real windows. Black is a more popular option and blends into any setting, giving a feeling of having an authentic view of the surrounding nature, and expanding your space into the new horizon.
Our LED snap frame lightboxes that are used for faux windows or fake windows offer premium looks and unmatchable lighting performance. All the light boxes use a wire and plug-in power supply to connect to the power source. The dimmer remote control is often employed to control the LED light boxes or adjust the brightness intensity at any distance. See Accessories.
You can easily install the faux windows / fake windows on the wall using a “Z” bar that is included and hide the electric wire and the plug-in power supply behind the desk. Another option is to install a curtain in front of the faux windows to cover the wire, making them more realistic.
You can choose your favorite posters from our collection, or upload the image you like. We will print them on very high quality duratran sheets that are the best material for lgith boxes.

We ship our products with one piece of “Z” bar, which is installed on the wall. You simply screw the “Z” bar to the wall and hang the frame on it.
