We ship across Canada and to the United States.
Production Time
Most standard products ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on size and complexity. We will provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
US Orders & Customs
Most of our products are not subject to the United States tariffs and duties. If any of our products requires customs duties and import fees to be paid, we will inform the customer before finalizing the sales. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Damages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at sales@primelightboxes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
