Step 2: Choose Options (Dimmer, Power Supply),
Step 3: On the left side of the page, click on the “Upload the Image(s)”. Adjust the image within the frame, and show us what part of the image you want to be printed,
Step 4: Click on “Add Printed Fabric”,
Step 5: Add to the cart, and follow the instruction to complete your order.

Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We normally ship our Fabric Light Boxes within 10 days. However, it may take longer for products like the Printed Fabrics. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across Canada and the mainland USA. We take care of all the Customs and duties, and you won’t pay anything, other than for the products.
Shipping is FREE for Standard sizes of LED Snap Frames.</p>

We package the products perfectly, and rarely have any issue. However, once you receive your order, please examine it, and call or email us immediately, if you see any damage on the package, with pictures. We will gladly send you replacement if any part of your order is damaged.
RETURNS
Returning your Item
We make sure that you receive the products as you expected. We only accept returns of the products in original packaging, in the same condition that you received. Once we receive them, if the products are resalable, we will refund the amount you paid, minus %25 restocking fee. Do not ship items back without pre-approval.
Shipping and custom costs to send the item back to our store warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer. Products are to be unused.
CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request after 24 – 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee to the client. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.
Items eligible for return or exchange: Items that arrive damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.
