How to Order
Step 1: Choose the size, the color of the frame, and the depth (2″ or 3″), and the quantity,
Step 2: Choose Options (Dimmer, Power Supply),
Step 3: On the left side of the page, click on the “Upload the Image(s)”. Adjust the image within the frame, and show us what part of the image you want to be printed,
Step 4: Click on “Add Printed Fabric”,
Step 5: Add to the cart, and follow the instruction to complete your order.

Frame Assembly
STEP 1
Small sizes of this light box come completely assembled. Large sizes come in two or more sections, and are connected by straight connectors.
STEP 2
The LEDS within the light box in large sizes may be in sections that need to be connected by male-female connectors.
In small frames the LED are all connected.
STEP 3
You have ordered your frame with either a plug-in power supply, an internal one or a hardwire one. Make sure you have planned to install and connect them to the light box.
Mounting
STEP 1
Small light boxes come with a French cleat (Z bar) attached in the back. Install the other cleat that comes with the frame on the wall, and make sure it’s leveled. Simply hang the frame on the wall.
STEP 2
Large frames are simply screwed to the wall. We recommend screwing the frame into the studs in the wall, using the holes on the back plate.
STEP 3
Connect the light box to the power supply:
Plug-in Power Supply: Male-female Connection Hardwire Power Supply: Hardwire Connection Internal Power Supply: Standard Power Cord plugged into an outlet.
Fabric Installation
STEP 1
Install the light box on the wall. Insert the sillcone edge into the groove in one corner. Then insert the silicone edge into the opposite corner.
STEP 2
Once the corners are in place, begin working on the sides starting at the center. Continue around the frame by inserting the remaining edges until the graphic is taught.
STEP 3
Make sure the silicon edge is all the way into the groove around the frame.

SHIPPING
We normally ship our Fabric Light Boxes within 10 days. However, it may take longer for products like the Printed Fabrics. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across Canada and the mainland USA. We take care of all the Customs and duties, and you won’t pay anything, other than for the products.
Shipping is FREE for Standard sizes of LED Snap Frames.</p>

We package the products perfectly, and rarely have any issue. However, once you receive your order, please examine it, and call or email us immediately, if you see any damage on the package, with pictures. We will gladly send you replacement if any part of your order is damaged.
RETURNS
Returning your Item
We make sure that you receive the products as you expected. We only accept returns of the products in original packaging, in the same condition that you received. Once we receive them, if the products are resalable, we will refund the amount you paid, minus %25 restocking fee. Do not ship items back without pre-approval.
Shipping and custom costs to send the item back to our store warehouse will be the responsibility of the buyer. Products are to be unused.
CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request after 24 – 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee to the client. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.
Items eligible for return or exchange: Items that arrive damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up.

Please note that you will be responsible to pay for return shipping and custom charges. Once we receive the product, we examine it, and if there is no issue, we will refund your payment minus %15 restocking fee. Additionally, our products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Yes, you can order additional printed fabrcis at any time. the fabrics are designed to be easily interchangeable, allowing you to update the look of your fabric light box whenever you like.
Changing the fabrics on your fabric light box is simple. You can see the steps in the Installation instruction.
Yes, you can upload the images you would like to be printed. Uploaded images should have a resolution of 120 dpi or more to ensure the best quality. Any format is fine.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each light box is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
We are located north of Toronto and ship everywhere in Canada and the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at this time. Customers outside Canada and the U.S. would need to arrange for pickup and shipping.
